Hi knitters!
This past Thursday was our first ever knitting party in Barcelona! We had been looking for something like this for months and finally we managed to do it. It took place at LOREAK MENDIAN’s store in the Gothic part of the city.
After some last minute-cancellations of our flights, we managed to get there on time and teach our friends how to cast on, how to do knit stitch, change yarn balls, etc.
LOREAK MENDIAN’s staff had prepared everything before our arrival. Apart form an entire studio for us, they had some snacks for us. Everything was so good!
We got the chance to meet some of our most loyal clients. We shared tips, opinions and well, we talked almost about everything!
Just before the event, we were able to walk a bit around the area and see what a beautiful city Barcelona is!
We were very happy with the result of this knitting-party and we are really looking forward to be in our next stops!

¡Hola knitters!
Este pasado sábado tuvo lugar nuestra primera knitting party en Barcelona. Queríamos hacer una de nuestras reuniones desde hace meses en esta ciudad y POR FIN lo hemos conseguido. Lo hicimos en la tienda que tiene LOREAK MENDIAN en el barrio gótico de la ciudad.
Después de unas cancelaciones de última hora de nuestros vuelos conseguimos llegar a tiempo a nuestra cita. Allí, enseñamos a nuestros amigos cómo montar los puntos, a tejer del derecho, a cambiar de ovillos, etc.
El personal de LOREAK MENDIAN lo había preparado todo antes de nuestra llegada. Además de contar con un estudio entero para nosotros, habían preparado un pequeño piscolabis…¡todo buenísimo!
Además, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a algunos de nuestros clientes más fieles. Compartimos consejos, opiniones y bueno, realmente hablamos de todo.
¡Menos mal que justo antes de que empezara la knitting-party nos dio tiempo a dar una vuelta por Barcelona y ver lo bonita que es esa ciudad!
Estamos muy contentos con el resultado de esta cita y tenemos muchísimas ganas de que lleguen nuestras siguientes paradas:
